Minimum cabin occupancy rates apply during peak season:

During May and August you must fill a minimum of 50% of the cabin capacity. During June and July you must fill a minimum of 75% of the cabin capacity. Anything below will be billed at the full amount.

*Lodging is $81 Per Person with a minimum 3 night stay/2 guests. Children 12 and under is $41 Per Child Per night. Price per night does not include tax, guided fishing, and are subject to change.

GUIDED FISHING

Guided fishing is a Thing and it is Awesome. Oak Island Resort has 17 different guides that we work with and can help a group find the right guide for them in Canada or the USA.
